DecisionFlip is a free, browser-based decision-making tool that uses a randomized coin flip mechanism with an optional behavioral nudge feature. The Service operates entirely within your web browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

4. Psychology Mode Disclaimer

The "Psychology Mode" feature uses behavioral micro-signals (focus time, edit frequency, hesitation) to gently influence flip outcomes. This feature is based on general behavioral principles and is not a scientifically validated psychological assessment. The behavioral nudge is approximate, subtle, and should be treated as a reflective tool — not a diagnosis or recommendation.

5. Accuracy and Reliability

DecisionFlip's results are generated using browser-based randomization (Math.random) with optional behavioral weighting. We make no guarantees about the statistical properties, fairness, or reliability of the results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on or influenced by DecisionFlip's output. We are not responsible for any consequences — direct, indirect, or incidental — that result from using this tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DecisionFlip and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
